CATHOLE

Terms of Use

These terms describe how the Cathole website (cathole.fun) works today. Cathole is a meme token and community platform. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, or tax advice.

1. Using the interface

The website lets you view the Cathole market page (price chart and statistics), sign in with a wallet, take part in holder chat, and vote in community polls. The interface is read-only with respect to your wallet: the site never asks for your private keys and cannot move your funds. Availability of any feature may change as the project develops.

2. Wallets and transaction authorization

You connect a wallet through Reown AppKit / WalletConnect. Signing in uses a signed message (SIWE) tied to the site origin you are visiting — it costs no transaction or gas fee. Any blockchain transaction is authorised only when you confirm it inside your own wallet; what the wallet shows you is what you approve. You are responsible for reviewing every transaction and signature before approving it.

3. Token risk

CATHOLE is a meme token. Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may lose all their value. Prices, supplies and statistics shown on this site come from on-chain data and public endpoints and may be delayed or wrong. Do not treat anything here as financial, legal, or tax advice, and never spend more than you can afford to lose.

4. Community content and moderation

Holder chat messages are stored on the project's server so they can be shown to other holders. You are responsible for what you post. The creator can mute or ban wallets from chat; bans and mutes affect chat only. You can edit or delete your own messages. Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

5. Community polls

Polls are created by the project creator and are open to verified token holders: one wallet, one vote per poll. Viewing polls and results requires a signed-in wallet with a verified Cathole holding, except for the creator's administrative access. Community polls are a social feature of this website — they are not on-chain governance, they do not create legal rights or obligations, and their results are not binding on the project.

6. What is live and what is not

Live today: wallet sign-in and profiles, and the read-only market page (chart and statistics). The site is in prelaunch: the token contract address is not announced.

Available once the token launches and balances can be verified: holder chat (including replies and editing) and community polls. Both follow the same holder check as the rest of the site: you need a verified token balance to read and post in chat or to vote.

Not launched yet: token trading (buying and selling is disabled), and the "After Cathole" launchpad for other creators. Features described as upcoming may never launch.
